The service provided by Alesandro and Sara is very efficient and friendly, ensuring every detail involving the management of the facility. The location is ideal, along the seafront, only a short walk from the train station through beautiful Rapallo, perfect for exploring the area. Overall, a fantastic choice with top-notch service and great amenities.

However, it would have been nice to have a free bottle of mineral water. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the town with easy access to the Bay of Tigullio view and close to all main attractions. The hotel offers an amazing sea view overlooking the harbor in this really under-appreciated city. We enjoyed a large, comfortable balcony and a king-size bed for a price that couldn't be beat. The service was excellent, feeling more like friends than hotel owners, and the location was great, close to the old city and with a fantastic view of the bay. The dining experience was impressive, with a large buffet offering many different options. A few minor downsides were the lack of inviting drink spots and the aftermath of last autumn's storms near the beach.
